Enter your User Name, Security Question, Security Answer and Security Code in the boxes provided on the right. Once complete, click “Submit” and the Financial Imaging Security Team will send your current password to the registered email account. Please check your e-mail within the next 5-10 minutes for an important e-mail from the Financial Imaging Security Team. Security Question – use the drop down selection to choose the security question you chose when registering. Security Answer – supply the security answer to the question you submitted when registering. Security Code – is a type of challenge-response test used in security to ensure that the response is not generated by a computer.
