New Account Registration ::..

Welcome to the Financial Imaging Registration page. At Financial Imaging, we implement strict security protocols to protect client data. Please complete the new account registration and submit. Financial Imaging implements strict security protocols to protect client data. To participate and utilize any service of Financial Imaging, each user must register. The information below will assist you with your registration process.
  • First Name – your first name
  • Last Name – your last name
  • User Name – are important to identify users with non-vital information such as First & Last name, which increase security and personal information exposure. Other User Name requirements include:
    • User Name must be at least 8 characters in length
    • User Name cannot contain any blank spaces
    • User Name cannot be the same as your First Name
    • User Name cannot be the same as your Last Name
    • User Name cannot be the same as your Email Address
    • User Name cannot be the same as your Password
  • Password – are important to protect user information and data. Financial Imaging’s security measures require for a password that is SAS70 compliant meaning: 10 Characters in length, at least 1 of those are numeric and 1 a wild key. For example (PaSioN%995a). Other Password requirements include:
    • Password length must be greater than 8 characters, numbers, or combination. ($Ramsey02789e)
    • Password must contain at least 1 uppercase character (ex: A,B,C,D,E,F, etc.)
    • Password must have at least 1 numeric character (ex: 1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9,0)
    • Password must contain at least 1 wild key character (ex: #,%,$,&,*)
    • Password cannot be the same as your User Name
    • Password cannot be the same as your First Name
    • Password cannot be the same as your Last Name
    • Password cannot be the same as your Email Address
  • Email Address – enter a valid e-mail address. For example (PamRose@yahoo.com)
  • Security Question – use the drop down selection to choose a security question that you can remember the answer to. The Security Question is a policy of Financial Imaging to help identify users and protect unauthorized access to your account. The Security Question will be asked from time to time during the occurrence of certain transactions, activities and security audits.
  • Security Answer – supply the security answer to the question you choose from the Security Question drop down selection. Remember you Security Answer. If you forget your Security Answer, you will not be able to reset passwords, change passwords, or access your account. Do not lose.
  • Security Code – is a type of challenge-response test used in security to ensure that the response is not generated by a computer. The security system generates a distorted image of letters and numbers used to prevent automated use of websites; anything that a human must do to prove that they are not a computer. If you cannot read or determine the letters and/or numbers displayed click the link below the image “Generate New Image” and a new image will be generated.
