Smart CASS ::.. While the fight for accurate address information persists, we continue to pave the way with new SMARTechnology. We have released the first piece of our proprietary system, Smart CASS, which combines data analytics and systematic data management logic. Using micro-comparison routines, we are able to return more accurate standardized addresses than ever before. If you don’t think Smart CASS is important, then you probably need to check some of our statistical test studies. Using a sampling of 100,000 records, Smart CASS returned 79,254 records with standardized corrections. Almost 80% of this sampling would have returned mail, which in our book is unacceptable. We have gone a step further. Now those last minute corrections are available to you through our Smart Update. You will receive any bad addresses and forwarding addresses but will now have the information to change the zip codes, suites, and route numbers.
