By using our National Change of Address (NCOA) product, you send us your current databases with the names and addresses that you would like us to update. If we find a record on your database that has filed a change of address card with the U.S.P.S. within the past 4 years, then we are able to provide you with the new, forwarding address for that record. This enables you to update your database to maintain the relationship with this customer even if they have moved! National Change of Address (NCOA) also brings your mailing list in compliance with the postal regulations that require a “move update” service be performed on your mailing list at least within the last 6 months prior to any first class mailing.
