Smart Reporting ::.. The Projects Area of Smart Reporting has been developed to provide you with quick access to any project information and completion history. The Project Area keeps track of all completed projects as well as pending projects for 48-months. Some of the most common activities include: Projects Completed and Projects Pending – allows a user (with the proper credentials and security access) to review information regarding all completed or pending projects. The reports area has been developed to provide quick access to automated reports generated from the data uploaded and processed by Financial Imaging’s proprietary system. A list and description for all reports is detailed further below. Our reports are robust and full of enhanced features and can be customized to fit your business needs. File Upload Confirmation – The File Upload Confirmation report separates the data received into sections by segmenting accounts into sets of aging categories. This report defines the statistical difference between the last service date and the processing date. Summaries are presented in descending order by highest to lowest values in account totals. Each file is segmented for full reconciliation. This report also provides a summary by facility at the top to reconcile single pages, multiple pages, etc. File Updates – The file updates information report displays the data processed by our address correction systems into sections by separating accounts into segments of correction types. Summaries are presented in descending order by highest to lowest values in account totals. Each file is segmented for full reconciliation. This report also provides a summary by facility at the top to reconcile bad addresses, corrected addresses, homeless addresses and non-corrected addresses. The uploads area of Smart Reporting has been developed to provide quick access to your file uploads and history. The File Upload area keeps a log of all files uploaded with detailed information for 48-months. Some of the most common activities include: Uploads History Report – allows a user (with the proper credentials and security access) to view information regarding all uploaded files. The Uploads History Report includes information regarding: project name, upload date, and uploading person’s full name. This report also has a more detailed listing available showing additional information such as: file size, type, layout and delimiter. File Uploads and Delete Uploads – allows a user (with the proper credentials and security access) to upload files for processing. If files need to be deleted, our system will allow the user to choose that file from a list for deletion. NOTE: Files become ineligible for deletion 1-hour after upload.
